Hello, I was the person in charge of the lately regised domain AAA. I got the domain name from your agent BBB. Because of your system error, I found that the domain name was not registered. So I registered it successfully and had been use it to build a web site. Then the real owner of domain AAA told me that the domain name was his registration. It's the system error that cause this domain name be registed by me sucessfully. He claimed to withdraw the domain name, and then you returned the domain name to him. Because of this i spent a lot of days for nothing.

Because this thing is not very clear，I need to confirm two things with you:

1. I didn't get a refund. Is there any refund for the returned domain name that i registed before?

2. Is there any other compensation for this?

greetings, I recently purchased the domain name (aaa) from the agent (代理商名) successfully. However, this purchasing seems was a system error since the domain name (aaa) had been bought by the other before. The owner tell me that he owned this domain name (DN) and he successfully appeal it back through you (代理商） without my agreement. Here I have two problems that need to be solved: 1. I did not get any refund since I LOST the authority of this DN(aaa) 2. how could I appeal the compensation for this system error which made financial loss during this time.
