兹复，很遗憾，我处客户认为你方价格过高，且与现行市场水平不一致。贵公司可能了解，一些印度尼西亚商人正在削价销售。勿庸置疑，市场竞争激烈。
我们不否认贵公司锦缎手袋质量稍好，但差价绝不至于高达50％。为促进贸易，谨代表客户还价如下：
“5000个锦缎手袋，每个11.4美元CIF温哥华，其他条件按你方4月15日函办理。”
由于行情下跌，建议你方早日接受。

Thank for you letter dated April 15 of your offer of 5,000 brocade handbags with ecah per $12dollars CIF Vancouver.
This is in reply to your letter. we feel regreted to tell you we think that your offer is too high, which is not in line with the current market level. You probably know that some Indonesian businessmen is lowering the prcie, it's no doubt that the competition of the market is very fierce.
We don't deny that the quality of your brocade handbags is comparatively better, but the gap of the price is by on means more than 50%. With the view of promoting the business between us, we on behalf of our customs making the following counter off :
The price of 5,000 brocade handbags is ecah per $11.4dollars CIF Vancouver. The other terms is as per with your request montioned in the letter of April 15.
Owing to the weak market, we'd like to advice you to acccpt the counter off.

In reply, unfortunately, I think your customers at prices too high and inconsistent with the current market level. You may know, some Indonesian businessmen are lowering their prices. Needless to say, the market competition.
