It's great to do sth 做某事是很好的
have这里是做使役动词,表示“使...”,这时候have+宾语+宾语补足语（形容词,现在分词,过去分词...） 这里两项工作应该是被兼顾,被同时做,要表示被动,用过去分词,所以用combined,使两者被兼顾
