我非常抱歉听到这些。我们工厂本来10月2号安排是开工的，但是因为是国庆节，政府要求我们不能开工的，我们也是突然要求不开工的。但是，已经和您约定好了，因为我们和英国客户做生意，英国客户最看重的是诚信，所以我们遵守承诺，10月2日接chirs来验厂，希望您能谅解，谢谢！另外您说我们工厂达不到贵公司的要求，我不知道具体的是哪些没有达到，我们也可以加以改进，我们和很多英国和欧洲客人都有生意来往，所以您要求的一些标准，我想大部分都能够满足。我希望贵公司能够给我们一次机会，也可以给我们一个订单，可以来检测我们是否达到贵公司的要求，谢谢！真诚的希望能和贵公司合作

I'm sorry to hear that. Our firm planed to start produce on 2nd Oct. But that's our National Day, and the government wasn't allow to produce. We got the information unexpected. We have promised before(这个地方，约定的什么应该要加进去的）We have business with Englishman before, we know that Englishman always focus on the the word. So we take our word, bring Chirs to our firm on 2nd Oct even we didn't have any produce. Hope you can understand it, and thanks for your understanding. Otherwise, you said that there are some items couldn't reach your level, could you tell us the details? We will do our best to improve. We have many customers in Europe and England, so we have the confidence we will reach your request.
