摘要:随着整体同步顶升技术在桥梁净高改造中的普及应用,选择高效、经济、环保的顶升反力系统作为临时施工结构已成为该技术发展的一个重要议题。本文针对混凝土抱柱梁施工周期长、墩柱界面连接强度弱、对环境不友好以及适用范围受限等不足,提出一种新型桥墩抱柱梁的概念设计方案,并结合浙江省湖州市某航道桥梁的整体顶升改造对其进行分析。实践证明,该抱柱梁结构不仅大大提高了整体同步顶升的施工效率,还可以循环使用,实现了低碳经济与可持续发展。

With the technology of integrated synchronization rising universally applying in the transformation of the bridge clear height ,choosing efficient, economic and Environmental Rising reaction system as a temporary construction structure becomes an significant issue for its development.To compensate for its insufficient that long period of the concrete construction, weak connection strength in the interface of the column of bridge pier, unfriendship to the environment and the limited scope,this article presents a design of a new concept of clasp-column beam used in bridge piers,simultaneously carry on a analysis combined with a integrated rising reconstruction of a sea-route bridge in Huzhou city, Zhejiang province. Practice has proved that the structure of this clasp-column beam not only greatly improve the overall efficiency of the construction of synchronous rising,can also be recycled to achieve a low carbon economy and sustainable development.
