针刺指压穴位麻醉应用拔牙及止痛32例临床观察
[摘要]目的：探讨针刺指压穴位麻醉在口腔科拔牙及止痛的适用性。方法：常以患牙侧合谷穴位为主，再根据不同的患牙，配合其他穴位。如拔上颌前牙取同侧“四白”穴；上颌后牙取同侧颧缪穴；下颌取同侧颊车穴，维持麻醉，即行手术。结果：32例患者中，总优良率为94％。结论：针刺指压穴位麻醉具有良好的镇痛作用，操作简便，易于掌握，使用安全，无过敏，并发症少，功能恢复快的特点。特别是一些急性炎症期的拔牙处理，及对一些全身情况不佳的患者，不适于药物麻醉或对药物麻醉过敏的患者，均可应用针刺指压穴位麻醉。
