either，neither，both的区别：

1、neither用作形容词，表示“(两者)都不”，置于单数名词之前。 在口语中以not... either...替换neither使用的情形也很多。

2、neither用作代词，表示“两者都不，双方均不”。neither作主语时，通常被视为单数，但从意义上讲也可视为复数。 

3、neither用作连词，常用短语为neither...nor...，表示“既不……也不……”。

4、both 都，指两者。  both 与复数动词连用，但 both… and…可与单数名词连用。 

5、all (所有的，全部的人或物)，any (任何一个)， 使用范围为三者以上。 跟单数名词，用单数动词，跟复数名词，用复数动词。
