宾语从句的时态指的是从句的时态，从句可以有任意时态，和主句的时态有关系。
例如：1:tom often says （that） he want to have a cook in reasturant.
2: tom said （that） he wanted to have a cook in reatraunt.
这是个完整的句子，that he want to have a cook in reastuant就是这个完整句子的宾语从句，tom often says是这个句子的主句。that是引导词，引导
he want to have a cook in reastuant共同组成宾语从句。that一般可以省略掉。

主句用一般现在时，从句也是一般现在时。主句用过去时，从句也是过去时。
但前提是，从句里的主语就是主句的主语。
例如：tom said that the tickets had been sold out when he arrived at the theater.(主句主语是tom,从句主语是the ticket. when he arrived at the theater是从句的地点状语）
这个例子里，主句从句的主语和从句的主语不同，所以，时态不一定相同。
