Concerning this matter, we think as follows;

Sorry in below Japanese is a bit difficult to understand.

I think the reason for unable to understand is coming from traslater.
Basically legal document is difficult to understand and it is more so for translating chinese legal doc to Japanese one.

For me ,I personally guraduate from law faculity of some college and worked for sevral company handling legl matters such as transaction law,unti-trust matter and make sevral documents in Japanese.

However, I personally can not understand the content of below Japanese and such reason is not coming from my understanding but translation itself...?

I just want to say that your below report is good affect to Shiseido or bad one, I am not sure....
The scenario which we already explain to you that it will be highly persentage of loosing this case but finally said registration will expire the right in case such third party or some body (entity) who might get assined the right of sadi mark not procced to take renewal procedure under the current law....
So we are wondering such scenerio of ours are changed or do you mean that there are some possibility for change the scenario ?

基本上都是难以理解的法律文件,它是这样,翻译中国法律文件为日本人。
