文摘或概括中比较少的使用实体做主语，一般习惯用It is studied that这一类的从句。楼主翻译中的大小写我就不给你纠正了。
具体细节我就不多说了，句子尽量言简意赅，不要按汉语方式翻译；如“经过多次使用与论证”不该按汉语习惯逐字翻译。
直接写作英文方式的“被反复测量测试所证实”即可。其余的细节楼主自己体会。当然我的翻译也不一定合你的口味，提供一下参考，也是多有裨益的。
