现代企业间的竞争本质上来说是人力资源的竞争。人力资源是推动企业快速发展的最重要资源,是企业"第一资源"。如何有效地调动企业成员的积极性和创造潜力,持续地提高企业的绩效水平以实现战略目标,是任何企业都非常关心的问题。九州通公司是从事医药流通企业的集团化公司,是中国医药流通企业的龙头企业。自2000年成立至2007年,每年以45%的复合率增长,但从2008年开始企业增长呈下滑趋势,面临一系危机,包括骨干人才短缺危机;人才任用不当危机和人员流失危机。要解决这些危机,首当其冲是解决绩效管理体系的优化问题。
为了应对危机,做好绩效管理体系优化工作,本文能过文献研究法、调查访谈法、比较研究法和案例研究法对九州通的绩效管理体系现状进行分析,找到绩效管理体系中存在的关键问题,并提出相应的优化对策。绩效管理体系优化对策主要包括建立以绩效为导向的企业文化、绩效计划的优化、绩效指标的优化、绩效监控的优化、绩效沟通的优化、绩效评价主体的优化和绩效结果应用的优化。

Since found in 2000 it keep a increase rate of 45% till 2007. But from 2008 the increase rate got a trend of slowing down and facing a lot of crisis, including the lack of primary staff, the confusing usage of staff and the lost of staff.
