随着经济的发展，人们对审计有了更深入的认识与了解，社会各界对审计的依赖程度将越来越大，对审计的质量要求将越来越高。因此，审计责任和审计风险也会变得更大。其中，在货币资金审计这一模块中，由于货币资金具有极强的流动性，在企事业单位日常经营中，需要频繁的发生收付，且其涉及许多业务的循环，如销售、采购、筹资等等方面。这些特点充分证明了货币资金控制的复杂性，极易成为不法分子舞弊的选择对象，增加了审计风险。所以开展对货币资金审计风险及控制的研究，在理论和实务中，对如何规避一些风险都具有一定意义。本文从社会审计的方面，分析了审计风险的含义特点、形成货币资金审计风险的成因，最终提出了在货币资金审计中对风险的一些控制措施。

Therefore, the audit responsibility and audit risk will become higher. Among them, in the monetary funds auditing module, because of its strong liquidity , in the daily operation of the enterprises and institutions requirs payment frequently, and it involves a lot of business cycle, such as sales, procurement, finance etc.. These characteristics fully prove that the complexity of the currency funds control, which is extremely easy to be the target of criminals to fraud, and increases audit risk. So the research on the monetary fund of audit risk and control, both in theory and in practice, has a certain significance on how to avoid some of the risks. This paper, from the aspects of social audit, analyzes the causes of the formation of the meaning characteristics and audit risk of Monetary Fund Auditing , and finally proposes some control measures in Monetary Fund Auditing risk .
