Spring is coming. However, there are often many people suffering cold in this season.
In order to keep ourselves away from cold, we are supposed to wash our hands more often than we usually do,especially when we have touched something that is not clean.Also,we should do more exercise and eat a balanced diet so that we`ll always be in good health even if in spring.
