Attention Should Be Attached to the Spelling

Nowadays, an increasing number of students pay less attention to the spelling of words. They don't think that is matter.
The following factors may explain this. First and formost, the examination-oriented education system, which gives less emphasis on the spelling, and the students have no time to care about the spelling because of the limited test time. In addition, in daily life students just concentrate on the inprovement of their oral English, they don't care about the spelling. Thirdly, probably some of the students even don't konw how to write the words correctly, so they just omitted.
From my standpoint of view, this issue must be settled. We should handle it from our daily life. On the one hand, school should be responsible for that, it should take some measures to arouse students' awareness to this issue to make them to solve it. On the other hand, students themselves should realize the importance of spelling, which has a profound effect om their pronounciation and will influence them envetually. Only by the joint efforts of school and students can this problem be solved.

During the learning of English,some students don't understand the importance of correct spelling. the reason of this from my view is that the existence of dictionary. the using of dictionary will awfully affect the level of students' vocabulary. In order to solve this problem, I suggest students to make their own vocabulary notebook during their reading, and increase the studing time they spend on memorising words
