跟贸易类有关的汉译英，请高手帮忙翻译，翻译机勿扰。

由于附件的文件过大，超过了邮箱的限制，我将分两封邮件发送。请注意查收。

根据客户要求，有三份文件在贵司确认份额时需要填写，具体如下：
1、在附件的文件上对最终接受货物的数量予以确认。
2、如果针对该业务贵公司还接受过其他的公司的同类货物，您还需要填写附件2的文件。
3、请在我们的合同上签字确认。

As per client's requirement,there are there documents need you to fill when you confirm the quantity.The details as follow:
1.Please confirm the final acceptable quantity in the attached file.
2.if your company have ever accepted other similar good from other company,you need to fill the attachement 2.
3.please sign on the contract to confirm.

According to the customer demind,there are three documents should be filled in when your company confirmation,the details as follows:
1.On the copy document to confirm about the quantity of the final accept items.
2.If related to this trade,your company has accepted the same field items from other company,you need to filled in attachment 2.
3.Please make a signature on our contract.
