For almost all students, finding a job is a necessary procedure for them. However, most students feel confused about finding jobs since many companies require students with certain experience. In order to find better jobs, students should prepare them for jobs as early as possible. In my point of view, students should qualify themselves by the following ways.

对于所有的学生来说，找工作是他们必经的一个过程。但是，许多学生在找工作的时候会感到迷茫因为很多的公司要求有经验的学生。为了能够找到一份较好的工作，学生应该尽早让做好准备再找工作。就我看来，学生应该从以下几方面来提高自身的求职条件。

Firstly, students should do some part-time jobs to accumulate experience. For most students, they spend lots of their free time on entertainment rather than going out to find some part-time jobs during their college. 

Therefore, they lack of experience by the time they graduate. While, for a small part of students take their time on doing part time jobs to practice themselves to get more experience. Not only such kind of students is preferred by employers and also they can get lots of chance to get better jobs.

第一，学生应该做一些兼职来增加自己的经验。很多学生在校期间都会把时间花费在娱乐活动上而不去找工作。因此，他们在毕业的时候缺乏经验。但是，有一小部分的学生会在去找工作增长自身的经验。这样的学生当然会是用人单位的.首选，他们也会得到更多的工作机会。

Secondly, students should try their best on studying their majors. Students should get a good knowledge of their major, so that they can understand their major more correctly. Only if you know well about your major, then you will solve many problems related to your major in your future work.

第二，学生应该努力学习自己专业的知识。学生应该好好学习自己的专业知识，这样的话他们会对自己的专业有更加正确的认识。只有了解了自己的专业，那么在将来才可能在工作岗位上解决相关的专业知识。

In conclusion, not only students should do some part time jobs to get experience during school time, but they should also try hard to master knowledge.

总之，学生不仅要在在校期间做一些兼职来增加自己的经验，而且也要努力学习掌握自己专业的知识。

When students graduate from college, many of them will face a big problem---the high unemployment rate. Sometimes they may do not know how they can get a good job. With the development of the science and technology, the requirement of the society towards talent is becoming higher. So how can graduate students get a good job? There are several measures to deal with it.
当学生们从大学毕业的时候，很多人都会面临着一个大问题——高失业率。有时候他们可能不知道怎样找到一份好工作。随着科技的发展，社会对人才的要求更高了。那么毕业生如何找到一份好工作呢？有几种措施可以解决这一问题。
Firstly, the graduate students must work hard during university. The harder you work, the more progress you make. At school, we must not only learn knowledge in the class but also we should read more books from library. The more books you read, the more learned we become. Secondly, we must have more experience to face it. This needs us to take a part-time job. The society is complicated. So we must know about the society before we come into it. Last but not least, when we choose a job, we must ask ourselves two questions, what do we think we would like to be and what kind of people are we? We must choose a job that is suit us. So it is important to assess our suitability for a certain job in job search.
首先，毕业生在大学期间必须努力学习。你越努力，取得的进步就越大。在学校，我们不仅要在课堂上学习知识，也应该去图书馆多看书。你读的书越多，你就变得更有学问。其次，我们必须有更多经验老面对它。这就要求我们去做兼职。社会是复杂的，因此，在踏入社会之前我们必须要了解社会。最后但同样重要的是，当我们选择一份工作，我们必须问自己两个问题：我们想要成为什么样的人以及我们是哪类人？我们必须选择一份适合自己的工作。所以，求职的时候评估一份工作的适合性是很重要的。
Business makes a man as well as tries him. We must choose a job that is suit us, enjoy it and then lose ourselves in it.
