求英文翻译这段话，不要翻译器翻译的其实我们长得就是他们照片里的样子，
口口声声埋怨着照片不好看，只是自己不愿承认自己真实的样子。人都有两面性，每个人身上都有连我们自己也无法面对的丑陋。于是，我们不惜代价、竭力伪装，然后把一张张丑陋的照片全删了、再把剩下一张张照片再去做美化。得到的永远是别人的赞许，你真帅，你好美，真性感，身材这么好。在一次次欺骗中，得到肯定，又在一次次肯定所带来的虚荣心中得到满足，再而继续的去欺骗。但事实好不好，只有自己知道。反思这样持续即便能欺骗整个世界，最终还是无法欺骗自己。网络上很多所谓的"见光死"，也就是一个个连自己都无法面对自己不好的一面，永远活在欺骗所带来的满足感当中的一群人么。尝试去接受自己丑的一面、不完美的一面。接受自己的不完美，是迎接更完美的自己第一步。

In fact, they are like what is in photos ,they are keeping on complaining the ugly photos of them ,it is just that they can't admit their true appearance.every person has dual character and has the ugliness that they even can't face.therefore ,they try their best to pretend to be a beauty at all cost, delete the ugly photos,then beautify the rest of photos. Eventually they recevie the praise from others,such as :you are handsome ,you are beautiful ,you are so hot ,you are in good shape. They can get positive and satisfy themselves from the cheat ,and contiune to deceive themselves again. But it is only they can know the truth.At last ,they will know even if they can contiune to deceive the whole world ,they can't deceive themselves.there are so many phenomenon called"death-upon-light"on the internet ,which means that someone even can't accept their bad sides ,living in the faked world , satisfying themselves from the cheat. So they should try to accept the ugliness and imperfection of themslelves,it is the first step to greet the more perfect themselves.
