初一语文学习在九年义务教育阶段有着极其重要的作用。一方面,初一学生身心飞速发展,有旺盛的精力和求知欲;另一方面,初一正处在中学阶段的起始年级,语文学习有承前启后的作用。这时候,语文学习动机的强弱会直接影响学生学业成绩的优劣,学业成绩的优劣又反过来影响学生对语文学习的兴趣和信心。
当前,国内关于语文学习动机的研究较多借鉴外国的理论,在此基础上提出应对策略,形成“理论+实践”的模式。这些引导策略都比较详细,具有较强的操作性。不过,专门针对初中一年级语文学习动机的引导策略的构建与表述寥寥无几。
笔者对某市几所中学初一年级学生的语文学习动机状况进行了调查,调查结果显示初一学生语文学习动机呈减弱趋势。笔者对其减弱的原因作了简要分析,并在此基础上,结合国内外语文学习动机的研究成果和自身的教学实践构建出两方面的引导策略:一、要充分发挥语文老师的主导作用,做一位深受学生欢迎的老师;二、激发学生学习的需要,让学生成为学习的真正主人。
