句子里用到be done的形式都是被动语态。

would / should be done 不表过去将来时，句子里用到： could, might, would, should +动词原型 表示对此动作的猜测，表不真实的发生。用在虚拟语气的条件状语从句里。表示动作的发生都是在一定条件下，没有时态的要求，也就是说动作可能发生在过去，现在，或是将来。比如：If there were a heavy snow next Sunday, we should be asked staying home. (表将来可能被要求发生） 我们很少用will的过去式来表示过去将来时。应为would的语气和will的语气完全不一样。就像用can的过去时，我们一般不会用could, 而用be able to去表达更多的时态。

was/were going to be done 表过去将来时的被动语态

比如： Tony told me he was going to be picked up by his wife
