逗号后面不能加谓语动词了，但是可以用动词分词形式~
现在分词：

过去分词：
The cake is now in 2 pieces, cut by a sharp knife.
如果有 and 的话，就能直接出现谓语动词了，因为 and 可以连接两个并列的动词。
He brought here a chair and sat down on it.
The bird caught a worm and ate it.
