By challenge the old economics theory of Adam Smtith, John Nash won the Nobel Prize of economics in 1994 through his original game theory.

Before the 1940s, the economics theory of Adam Smith who was respected as the fater of modern economics was prevalently accept in the realm of finance and economic.

In the book of The Wealth of The Nation, Adams Smith claimed that the individual ambition serves common good, which means that if individual members of group strive to achieve their own interest, the whole group will be benefit. It was presumptuous to question this theory at that time. However, after found the flows of his theory, John Nash challenge it without any hesitation by holding that sometimes individual ambitions are conflict which could lead negative resault.

On account of insisting this belief and persisting endeavour, John Nash finally developed a systematical theory called game theory. Due to this magnitude of breakthrough, John Nash totally changed the realm of economics and reward the Nobel Prize in 1994.
