If, in exceptional circumstances, you are experiencing difficulties with your fee payment, you may request special payment arrangements. Extension of payment will not be granted automatically.
Written requests for extension of payment together with relevant documentation will be considered by the Academic Registrar. Extension of payment will be advised in writing and will be granted automatically. Any special payment arrangements agreed with the University will take account of your financial and other circumstances.
Note: the University is required to advice the Department of Immigration and Citizenship (DIAC) of students whose enrolment has been cancelled. This may affect the student’s entitlement to stay in Australia.
