One day I was between five and six years old，I found a chicken in the street .I took it home and asked my mother if we must adopt it. My mother said yes with a strangely smile on her face. The next day, when I arrive home from school ,my mother told me that the chicken had been run away ,deserting its new home .By coincidence ,we had chickens for lunch that day,so it was delicious.I thought my mother was excellent cook. From then on,they never heard about the chicken again, which made me worried. I hoped from the bottom in my heart it didn't have an unhappy ending.
