地方民营企业接待工作现状的调查研究

摘要：随着社会经济的飞速发展，在各类业务活动大量增多、社会交往日益频繁的今天，接待工作逐渐成了企业工作的一个重要组成部分，同时也成为企业自身形象的门窗、联系各单位的纽带。与此同时，随着经济时代的到来，企业对秘书接待能力的要求也在不断地提高，因此了解现代企业以及现代社会对接待需求的变化，不仅仅是企业的当前需要解决的问题，同时也是现代秘书增强竞争优势的突破口。本文通过问卷调查法、文献资料法和数理统计法，以盐湖区中小企业为调查对象，集中开展分析，讨论地方民营企业秘书接待需求现状。结果显示：民营企业秘书人员在接待工作中普遍存在着重办公办会礼仪、轻接待礼仪的现象，职业化水平较低，秘书人员接待礼仪修养水平整体呈现出良莠不齐的趋势，接待的水平跟不上时代的进步。归结原因主要是企业和员工自身对接待工作的重视程度不够高，认识不足，在接待工作中过于保守，不敢接受有挑战性的任务。因此通过从企业的角度和秘书人员自身的角度来提高秘书人员的接待素质势在必行，与此同时重视企业对外接待需求的变化不仅仅是企业的当前需要解决的问题，同时也是现代秘书增强竞争优势的突破口。
