之前是报JAR出错，现在JAR包有了，为mysql-connector-java-5.1.17-bin.jar，Kettle版本为4.5.1，求大神解决。

我的也是这种问题，我找了半天发现是360杀毒软件把Spoon.bat当做木马给隔离了，把它添加到信任软件里面重新启动就好了。不过不知道你的原因是不是一样。

jar add to path了没有
mysql 服务启动了没有
