My hobby is is playing sports and I think a healthy body is very important and playing sport can enrich my spare time and can also make my body strong and healthy.
Usually,I play sports on weekends because I only have free time for these time.Ballgames are good ideas to relax and some of them are easy to learn to play so I often play badminton with my friend even though I'm not good at it.Apart from its purpose in life,it also has its purpose in study. After playing sport on the playground,I go back to study ,and it is combined with physical and mental work so it can make me learn more efficien.
