在以上句子中，我认为"divorced from these rites."是修饰conditions的定语从句，但为什么关系代词that/which被省略了呢？

不过围绕这些仪式所逐渐形成的神话故事可能继续作为团体中口头文学传统的一部分流传下来，甚至可能在脱离这些仪式的环境中被表演出来。

这个并不是定语从句 如果要改成定语从句的话不仅要有that或which 还要有am／is／are 否则句子结构就不完整了。
如题主所说的定语从句应为...conditions that／which are divorced from these rites.而原句只是动词被动化修饰前面的conditions。
