第3题,这里的"apart from"相当于"besides"。besides 和except 都是“除了...”，但besides是“除了...还...”前后补充；except 是“除了...其它都不...”或“除了...不...之外，其它都...”前后转折。回到这道题，“除了你昨天给我的钱，我还有10块。”所以用apart from (=besides)。如果说“除了你昨天给我的钱，我就没有其它钱了。”那就用except了。I have nothing in my wallet except the money you gave me yesterday.

第5题，我也说不清。我只知道C不对。因为hold 这个动作没有方向性，不能跟into.而press...into, push...into, squeeze...into,感觉都可以。只不过词典上的例句：“Can you squeeze more clothes into the suitcase?手提箱里还能再塞一些衣服吗？”跟这道题很像，所以从A,B,D里面选了B了。可能是“习惯用法”吧。

第4题，lack作动词是及物动词。作名词的时候才加of即:“the lack of ...”这里要动词。
把第4题的无关部分去掉就成了："Many people lack the knowledge of..."注意这个"of"是跟"knowledge"一起的，表什么什么样的knowledge、知识；这个"of"跟"lack"无关。
