On the other hand,when you're suffuring diseases,a regular healthy life style can improve your metabolism.On the contrary,without a balanced diet,people may get overweight.The optimal health is good for our whole lifetime.

You'd better to have nutritious food so as to keep the funcion well.There're many reasons for keepping healthy body while the utmost reason is to live a long and healthy life.
