你的这个是应聘外企吧 第一个是问你 如果你通过了笔试和后面的面试 原因是什么？并且你的缺点是什么，怎样改正？ 第二个是问你 下面的交通工具中哪一个你认为改变了人们的生活,并用具体实例阐述你的观点。 第三个是问你 你能从一个国家的电影了解到关于这个国家的什么方面？ 也是用具体实例阐述你的观点。
这些都是主观题，别人真不好帮你回答，如果你能用中文说一个大致的意思，别人帮你翻译还可以，开放性的问题没有固定的答案，说得合理能自圆其说就行，给你个意见仅供参考，我英语也不是很好哈
1、i think the most important reason is I have great responsibility on the job,and I'll try the best to do everything in bussiness, get along with other colleagues and so on.
maybe some weakness I didnot realize ,but I 'll overcome them in the future.或者说具体点 Maybe I feel a little bit tense when I make a speech in front of a lot of people.
