I admire your going to （或：attending） Lady Gaga's vocal concert.

第三，Xian是不是西安，是的话，变成：Xi'an

第四，And I have to wear thick，穿厚衣服是：wearing thick clothes
而且可以和上一句并为一句，即：Xi'an is really cold now and I have to wear thick clothes.

第五，最后一句话，祝你工作顺利，应该是：

西安应该写成 Xi'an
