1 have ,has 后跟的是过去分词时，have,has 是助动词，可以直接放在句首。
He has gone to the park.----Has he gone to the park?
We have found the key.----Have you found the key?
2 have ,has 后接的是名词、代词、to 不定式时，用Do,Does 开头，加主语再加have
He has a dog.----Does he have a dog?
We have lunch at 12:00.---Do you have lunch at 12:00?
They have some friends .---Do they have any friends?
He has gone to the park.----Has he gone to the park?
We have found the key.----Have you found the key?
