  Many people want to be healthy. Today,I want to tell you how to keep healthy.It is very important for us to be healthy. we should have healthy lifestyle. We need enough exercises.And we need a balanced diet.   Most of the students like eating junk food such as fried chicken,hamburgers choclate and so on.But this kind of food isn't good for us. We should eat less them. we must have a good habit. We get up early and go to bed early. We exercise regularly when it is six o'clock in the morning.   Next,We must do some housework at home.My parents are very tired which they do the housework,so we can help them.    It's easy to have a healthy lifestyle,and it's important to eat a balanced diet. you will be healthy.
