你配置文件中含有中文，包括中文的注释，他encoding的时候成乱码了识别不了，可能因为你里面的中文是从什么网页上复制过来的，导致编码错误，想要留住这些中文注释可以别他们删了，在编辑器中手打。或者
<?xml version="1.0" encoding="UTF-8"?> UTF8改为 GBK
再或者把中文都删了就好了
