1.must listen ,read,speak,and write more.for example,everyday morning,listen the VOA.BBC or other english program,speak the practical english magzine or course,and usually speak other students who loved english at english corner or at daily life.everyday try to write one english article,it can be the content which contains the daily life,practice or other things happened or you see.it can promote your english greatly.
2.the experience of learning enlish is that you must be bold enough,and don't fear speaking with other guys even if you speak wrong.and the another suggestion is you must exercise everyday,and keep studing.can not Work by fits and starts.(三天打鱼，两天晒网）

As for me, I think reading is the most important factors in learning English. My English teacher also emphasize this factor.Every morning I'll get up earlier to readed my English and recited new words.And every evening I'll review everything I learned.
