If my business is not booming,I will ask myself the following questions:
What have I done recently?Am I distracted from my business?How's my employees?Is there anything wrong with my management?How's the general environment of my business?
If I find the reason,I will try my best to correct them accordingly.If possible,I will spend more time on business.Provide some bonus to employees to stimulate them,or fire some unqualified ones.
Also if there's somethingwrong with my management,I will introduce the effective and modern management methods.
But if the general environment is not good.I must try to cut the cost as much as I can to keep the company on the right track.
In general,I will try my best to improve my business.
