首先CD可以排除的吧，problem和question的区别：
这两个词虽然都译作“问题”，但两者有一定的区别。problem 指须待解决的问题，是就困难而言的；question 指须待解答的问题，是就疑问而言的。
就这一题而言，我们一般都ask a question 而不是说 ask a problem,这样就可以选择出答案了。

动词原形及其过去式都是不可以做主语的。
