Nowadays, most of people are living in a high pressure life. A student may get pressure form their parents or themselves. Some students can not accept they get a low score in an exam. Once that happen, they will feel unacceptable. And some people can not bear the pressure from their job. Overtime work makes them feel tired, if the boss is dissatisfied with them, it makes them chapfallen. What’s more, the competition with co-workers also makes them nervous. Family may be another reason of high pressure. Some people need lots of money to support a family, if they can’t get enough money, they will fall into a big trouble. I got a data from World Health Organization, it shows that every 40 seconds, one person will commit suicide. But if we have a good mental attitude, all above things won’t happen! We can enjoy our lives, get more energy from competitions. When we fail, the things we will do are finding the reason and trying to do better! So it’s important for us to keep a good mental attitude in any situation, let’s do it from now on.
