Accounting may also be defined as an information system designed to provide,through the medium of financial statements, relevant financial information.In designing the system,the kinds of decisions they make that require financial information.Usually,the informtion provided relates to the economic resources owned by an organization,the claims against these resource,the changes in both resource and claims,and the results of using these resources for a given period of time.
