我想专科毕业后插读到国外大学的大二学习。选了几个学校，想发邮件询问下。但我怕我的翻译不准确，所以拜托了。翻译内容如下：
（前面用什么称呼？）我是四川师范大学（全日制省属重点大学）大二学生，主修国际商务（3年制专科）。打算毕业后在贵校插读大二，继续学习国际商务专业，完成本科学习。
请问，贵校接受我这样的插读生吗？如果接受，请问条件是什么，学费是多少？
还有一句：请问本科阶段有英语教学吗？
