把你的电脑独立显卡先禁用，再看看能不能打开，我电脑是64位的，安装之后都要这么做才能打开

排除许可证的安装问题，你尝试一下右键管理员方式运行，如果能正常打开，再设置一下软件默认按照管理员方式运行
