23、估计你认为accept为接受这个事实的意思，但我们见到和听到的大多是accept the fact that...，这里应该是想说承认这个政策失败的事实。
27、不懂C 我们学的是power failure为固定短语，答案可能有错
29、句意为我们被手头工作量惊到了！on hand只用于具体的事物，如have money on hand！手边有钱，楼主可以自行百度at hand； in hand； on hand的区别！
30、见识了to no avail是完全没用的意思（好吧，涨姿势了）！当然好理解答案了：它是个难对付的给分人，我们以前常抱怨他的评分标准，但常都无功而返！楼主用C意思是讲不通的，没理由怎么去抱怨呢/

32、意思该是对于一个公知的事情（what's said over a loudspeaker)想推翻很难，意思是有些难懂了，我觉得用排除法啦C为找出，查明， D有算出、解决的意思。
33、depend 或rely肯定都不对，他俩意思在这里差不多，看意思是不要太过徘徊于过往，多想想未来， dwell 有徘徊、居住的意思 dwell on 就是老是想着的意思！！这个词是我们大学才出现的词，可能有些超纲了
41、典型倒装句，by no means\under no circumanstance\in no way\hardly\barely之类有否定意义的后面倒装。
