1. 退回电线的外观
Ⅰ.在退回的烧焦的电线发现AC Inlet PIN针上有被灼烧的痕迹。
Ⅱ.在与有灼烧痕迹的AC Inlet Pin针相配合的端子被熔化了,如下图圆圈处。
结合以上两点,可以初步判断为插头与AC Inlet处出现了接触不良,接触阻抗增加,接触点温度升高氧化,端子与AC Inlet Pin的接触处产生电弧,最终出现烧焦插头的严重不良后果。
2. 与相关的专业人员进行分析后确认造成插头烧焦的可能原因有:
Ⅰ.AC Inlet Pin针与端子的配合尺寸出现异常.
测量烧焦的AC Inlet Pin的尺寸,规格为20*15mm,符合标准要求。
测量与烧焦AC Inlet配合的端子的配合尺寸为15mm,符合标准要求。
对比以上测量数据,导致插头烧焦的可能原因可排除。
Ⅱ.因该电线的使用时间很长了,AC Inlet 的Pin 针上有很多的异物(如下图所示),这些异物在插头与配合时,增大了两者间的接触阻抗,产生电弧,经过长时间的高温,最终导致插头烧焦。

而与AC Inlet上另两个Pin针相连的铜丝导体没有出现氧化的现象,由此可以判定与烧焦Pin的尾部与铜丝相连的部分出现了接触不良,导致电弧的产生,进而温度上升,导致Pin针在AC Inlet的塑胶固定部位出现松动,甚至出现松脱或者偏斜。在经过插头重复对插后,Pin针与插头的端子出现配合不良,最终导致插头烧焦。
以下图片可以看出,AC Inlet Pin针与其导体连接处有发黑现象,连接出现松动。
可以推断出此点为插头最终烧坏的根本原因。

3. 最终结论
该电线尾部插头被烧焦,与电线本身的品质没有任何的关系。与客户所使用的AC Inlet的Pin针的品质状况有关,请客户放心使用我们提供的产品。
