Should you ask why,I think it is easy for you to understand.A healthy diet can help you keep fit and normal weight,be good for the power of your body ,and learn or do work energeticly.All the same,it can improve your quality of life,and so on.
Meanwhile.what is a healthy?In my opinion,a healthy diet is that has a balanced principle.And through it,it is obvious that green vegetables and fruit are good a lot.Keep a good feeling!Suitable exercise is the same importance as a healthy diet!

as far as we know 建议使用 it is generally known that 众所周知的意思。并且能够连接后面的句子如 it is generally known that a healthy diet plays an important role to keep healthy. 简单明了，主题突出~should you ask why这个太中式了而且要用的话应该是ask me why，可以用the reason as following..代替。keep用的太多，虽然不错但是单调，可以用maintain retain来同义替换，当然不换问题不大~learn or work不要do因为“or”的前面和后面的内容最好保持一个词性，energeticly拼错了是energetically。之后你用all the same，我觉得你想总结上述的内容，但all the same这用法我不熟悉，但意思好像不符合这语境，建议用in short总之的意思，这一点仅供参考，可能我理解得不到位。improve your life就可以，或者improve the quality of your life。之后what is a healthy diet.你少了一个diet。a healthy diet means/is a balanced principle就行了。green vegetables如果你要表达的是绿色蔬菜不包括番茄、茄子，那没问题。如果你要表达的是蔬菜这一个类，就把green去掉。fruit要加复数。suitable exercise is as important as a healthy diet. hard本身可以做副词使用hardly表示几乎不而且最后一句该the healthier diet you eat，the healthier you will be。
