[摘要] 随着中国经济发展水平的提高，人们越来越重视自身的健康，医疗服务的消费早已经突破有病求医的观念。医疗服务的动机表现出多层次、多样化的特点。因此，传统单一且由政府包办管理的医疗机构已经无法满足市场发展的需求，这为民营医院的发展提供了良好的契机。在本文中，除了引言以及结语外，笔者把对民营医院发展的研究论述分为了三个部分，第一个部分为绪论，主要论述了关于民营医院的一些基本问题以及概念；第二部分是关于我国民营医院的发展以存在的问题，并以浙江省为例来展开论述了我国民营医院存在最主要的四个问题；在第三部分中笔者引入了美国医疗事业发展中一些值得借鉴的管理方法和制度与我国民营医院做了比较分析，并针对性的为我国民营医院的发展提出了四条建议。

The Development and Problems of Private Hospitals in China– Citing Zhejiang Private Hospitals as an Example

Abstract:
With the enhancement of China’s economic development level, the people are attaching more and more importance on their personal health; the spending on medical services has already surmounted the old concept of seeking treatment only when ill. The incentives of medical services manifest a multi-level and diversified characteristic. Therefore, the traditional and unitary medical institutions managed by the government can no longer fulfill the requirements of the developing market, and this situation has provided an excellent opportunity for the development of private hospitals. Other than the introduction and conclusion of this paper, the author has arranged the research discussions on the development of private hospitals in three parts; the first is the preface, it mainly expounds the basic issues and concept of private hospitals; the second deals with the existing problems in the development of private hospitals, and by citing Zhejiang Province as an example, it discusses the four major problems of China’s private hospitals; in the third part, the author draws from the development of healthcare in the U.S., some management methods and systems which are worth learning, and uses them to conduct a comparison analysis with the private hospitals in China, as well as offers four suggestions in pertinence to the development of private hospitals In China.
