the phrase is an allusion to one's complete being. Yin and Yang are the mind and body, in perfect focus and alignment. Yang Tze is used in place of a more banal word like "schlong", for the purpose of adding a sharp lyrical insult to injury by way of alliteration (the enunciative Y sounds of Yin, Yang, YangTze).

And making me explain this just sucks all the fun out of it...no pun intended.
