My friend is ill in bed,she isn't feeling well. She caught a cold. i have ever been ill, so i know how terrible she feels. i gave her some suggestions.
first of all, you should go to see a doctor and tell him what's the matter.
take some medicine three times a day as the doctor told you.
you should drink as much as water. you know drinking more water is good for our body.
Stay in bed and have a good rest,and this can help you feel better.
