FD/FG15/18/20/25/30/35内燃叉车和蓄电池叉车门架的研发设计工作如下:
1.作为叉车的工作起升装置,通过SOLIDWORKS三维软件建造门架的实体模型,包括:外门架、中门架、内门架的结构设计及力学分析,使其在保证使用性能的条件下达到最优化。
2.对货叉托架、栅栏架的设计。通过SOLIDWORKS三维软件建造货叉托架的实体模型,对货叉托架上侧滚轮的位置通过有限元软件进行模拟分析,使侧滚轮的位置布置最合理。货叉托架的变形量最小。
3.在整个叉车的额定起重量和轴距、后悬、前悬不变的条件下,对门架整体进行有限元分析,找出最薄弱的位置,进行校核。使其强度和刚度达到要求。 展开
