1 B，[表示程度、数量等]以…之差
2 A，B表示笔被写得很平滑。而A则表示钢笔的本身性能写的很滑。有些词用主动表示被动。如the books sell very,the vagatable tastes good等等
3 B，It's time that +过去式，表示“是时候该···”，可以说是固定的句型

BAD by加几年是大多少或者小多少的含义 第二题是笔好写 不必用被动语态 直接用主动语态 象这种结构还有书好读等等之类的 句子里又没有特别强调什么时态所以就用了一般现在时态 第三题睡觉是将要睡觉所以用一般将来时态 Thai后面必须跟一个完整的句子 所以不能用不定式 这时的主语是后面的从句

听你说起来，貌似你是知道答案的，这三道题我也没准，首先第一道：我从没见过“2 years”前还能加介词的。。。第二道：我觉得虽然主语是物，但不一定就用被动语态，这里强调的是“写起来”，而你的“B”选项从谓语动词来说就应该不对了吧。。。
ps:这只是我个人的想法，不同意可以无视。。。

2.这里是主动表被动，sth.+v.主动态，表示东西的特质，比如The pen writes smoothly这支笔写起来很顺
the book sells well这本书卖得很好等等
3.句型：It's (high) that sth.+v.过去式，high可有可无
