哪里错了？写法应该没问题啊报错内容：Multiple markers at this line - The value of the local variable ss is not used - No enclosing instance of type text01 is accessible. Must qualify the allocation with an enclosing instance of type text01 (e.g. x.new A() where x is an instance of text01).

非静态内部类，必须要有一个外部类的引用才能创建。
Phone p = new Test01().new Phone();

注意:Java中类名的首字母要大写哦
